ENHANCING REGIONAL ARBITRATION COOPERATION: EMERGING AND CURRENT ISSUES

The Asia and Pacic region has witnessed growth of disputes settled by arbitration. The construction disputes have increased in a number of jurisdictions while maritime disputes seem on the rise in the coming future. The rise of the disputes has touched a number of issues on the part of arbitration. These include the issues of code of ethics and the enforcement of arbitration disputes.
