The Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) was established in 1978 under the auspices of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO). KLRCA was the first regional centre established by AALCO in Asia to provide institutional support as a neutral and independent venue for the conduct of domestic and international arbitration proceedings in Asia. it is a not for profit, non-governmental and independent international body. The MINAC is a non-government and not-for-profit organization empowered to carry out its operations in the field of private dispute settlement. The MINAC was founded on July 2, 1960 at the MNCCI. In 1995, the Law on Foreign Trade Arbitration Court was adopted by the Parliament of Mongolia.
